On the second and third weekend of March, Friday classes will be held on Thursdays, March 7 and 21. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. On March 15, classes are canceled.
Spring Contest (March 1 & 2):

Practice Exam „Matura” (March 2 & 7):

8th Grades trip to Poland (March 20):
Adventure awaits 8th-grade students! Our eighth-graders set off on a trip to Poland on March 20. We wish them a safe journey, exciting experiences, and unforgettable memories! Have a nice trip!
Przerwa wiosenna i wielkanoc (March 23, 29, and 30):

Semiannual Parents Meeting
We cordially invite you to the Semiannual Meeting of Parents, which will be held on Saturday, March 16th, at 10:15 AM, in the parish building, located opposite the school.
Why is your presence important?
The Semiannual Meeting of Parents is an important meeting for our school community. Board members and principals will share important information about the school’s current situation and discuss decisions about the future. Your presence and contribution are invaluable.
Elections of the School Board Members:
According to the school’s regulations, board members can serve for 3 years, with the possibility of one re-election.
As the terms of several board members are coming to an end, we are actively looking for parents who would like to fill the positions of Vice President, Treasurer, Administrator, and Event Coordinator. We invite parents who care about the future of our school and value their children’s education to consider taking on these influential roles.
Duties and Privileges of the School Board Members:
Below you will find a description of the duties and privileges related to selected positions on the management board:
Vice President
Responsibilities:
Official Representation and Decision-Making:
- Acts as the official representative in the absence of the President.
- Holds decision-making authority with immediate notification to the President.
Collaboration with the President:
- Collaborates with the President in negotiating leasing agreements for the school building.
Registration and Documentation Management:
- Prepares registration forms and oversees the organization of the registration process for the upcoming school year.
- Maintains school records and the Microsoft Access database.
- Contact parents/guardians to complete the missing information.
Financial Management Collaboration:
- Works closely with the Treasurer to update the school database.
- Enforces the collection of unpaid school fees and outstanding obligations on behalf of the school.
Inventory Management:
- Assumes responsibility for conducting an inventory of the school’s assets.
School Operations and Events:
- Work with the board on:
– Enrolling students.
– Managing payments for tuition, trips, and school events.
– Overseeing bake sales, school merchandise sales, etc.
– Coordinating Santa Claus packages.
– Participating in Board Meetings, General Meetings, and pedagogical councils.
– Representing the school at inter-school events, banquets, and ceremonies.
– Assisting in organizing school events (parties, holidays, contests, etc.).
– Holding regular office hours at the school.
– Managing school-related shopping trips.
Privileges: Tuition waived
Treasurer
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Negotiate and enforce school insurance policies.
- Renew annual corporate fees.
- Utilize QuickBooks for comprehensive accounting management.
- Input data for new families, prepare invoices, and bills.
- Send current invoices for school fees to parents.
- Compile documentation for monthly payroll processing.
- Approve and prepare checks for school bills.
- Deposit checks and cash into school accounts.
- Collaborate with the Chief Accountant (CPA) for tax filings.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle all financial-related correspondence.
- Develop and maintain the school budget.
- Collaborate with PRCUA for insurance policy updates, annual transmissions, and monthly reports.
- Manage on-site and off-site school phone communications.
School Operations and Events:
- Work with the board on:
– Enrolling students.
– Managing payments for tuition, trips, and school events.
– Overseeing bake sales, school merchandise sales, etc.
– Coordinating Santa Claus packages.
– Participating in Board Meetings, General Meetings, and pedagogical councils.
– Representing the school at inter-school events, banquets, and ceremonies.
– Assisting in organizing school events (parties, holidays, contests, etc.).
– Holding regular office hours at the school.
– Managing school-related shopping trips.
Privileges: Serve as a paid Board member with a fixed monthly salary for 12 months
Secretary of Correspondence (Administrator)
Responsibilities:
Communication and Website Management:
- Collaborates with the Protocol Secretary in drafting school announcements.
- Edits content and manages updates on the school’s website (WordPress).
- Prepares and uploads photos to the school website gallery (Flickr).
- Performs regular backups of the website.
IT and Email Administration:
- Manages CDN (Content Delivery Network) and DNS (Domain Name Service).
- Establishes and maintains email accounts for school staff, including password management and removal of outdated accounts.
- Monitors the validity of contracts for the domain and email service.
Parent Communication:
- Edits and sends emails to parents for monthly bulletins and notifications.
- Contribute to posts on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
School Administration and Events:
- Creates various graphic designs, including posters, banners, flyers, tickets, invitations, advertisements, and diplomas for graduates.
- Prepares designs for diploma covers for graduates and handles the ordering process.
- Work with the board on:
– Enrolling students.
– Managing payments for tuition, trips, and school events.
– Overseeing bake sales, school merchandise sales, etc.
– Coordinating Santa Claus packages.
– Participating in Board Meetings, General Meetings, and pedagogical councils.
– Representing the school at inter-school events, banquets, and ceremonies.
– Assisting in organizing school events (parties, holidays, contests, etc.).

Event Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Organizing Educational School Trips:
- Planning and negotiating trips to Poland for 11th grade in the fall and 8th grade in the spring.
- Involves negotiations with travel agencies regarding pricing and itineraries.
- Communicating details with parents and the teaching staff.
Event Registrations and Logistics:
- Registering the school for performances and the May 3rd Parade.
- Managing transportation reservations for these events.
Venue Negotiations for Special Occasions:
- Negotiating prices and reserving banquet halls/restaurants for special events.
(Parent’s Ball, Graduation receptions, Prom, etc)
Teacher Appreciation Events:
- Organizing refreshments for teachers on occasions like Teacher’s Day, Christmas, graduation, and the end of the school year.
Holiday Packages and Special Events:
- Executing orders and negotiating prices for contents of St. Nickolas packages
- Takes lead in the organization of school events – Kids Carnival Ball, End of school year lunch, etc.
Collaboration with Parents for End-of-Year Events:
- Collaborating with parents of 8th and 11th-grade students in the organization of end-of-year events.
- Involves planning events associated with the conclusion of the 8th grade, prom, and the 11th-grade graduation ball.
Soliciting Donations and Maintaining Contacts:
- Approaching local businesses for donations to the school, including items for events like the ball and prizes for competitions.
School Administration and Events:
- Work with the board on:
– Enrolling students.
– Managing payments for tuition, trips, and school events.
– Overseeing bake sales, school merchandise sales, etc.
– Coordinating Santa Claus packages.
