March 14 – General Parent Meeting

Time: 10:15 AM
Location: Parish hall across from the school

This is one of the most important meetings of the school year. Parent attendance is mandatory. The board and administration will share key updates on current matters and future plans, and there will be elections for the event coordinator position. It’s a great opportunity to get involved in our school community!

What does the role involve?

The Events Coordinator helps plan and coordinate the school’s key events throughout the year, such as St. Nicholas Day, the Children’s Carnival Party, the Parents’ Ball, the school’s participation in the May 3rd Parade, and other community celebrations.

The person in this role:

  • collaborates with the Board and teachers when planning school events
  • communicates with service providers (venues, catering, DJs, photographers, etc.)
  • coordinates parent volunteers who help with event organization
  • supports the organization of educational trips for the upper grades

This role does not mean doing everything alone — it is primarily a coordination role, carried out with the support of the Board, teachers, and parents.

Position benefit: exemption from school tuition.

We will also vote for changes and updates to school School Bylaws.

Matura Trial Exam (March 27 and 28):

We are keeping our fingers crossed for our seniors during the Matura trial exam. We believe in you and have full confidence in your abilities. May your hard work and dedication bring the best results. Good luck!

Trip to Poland (March 27 – April 4)

At the end of March, students from the upper grades of our school will travel to Poland for an educational trip. It will be a wonderful adventure and a great opportunity for them to explore the history and culture of our homeland.

During the trip, students will visit many interesting places in northern Poland. The program includes, among other highlights, a visit to the Polish Parliament (Sejm) as well as many educational and cultural activities.

We wish all participants a fantastic trip, many unforgettable experiences, and wonderful memories! ✈️🇵🇱
