Date:<\/strong> Thanksgiving Break<\/p>\n

Day 1: FLIGHT TO POLAND<\/h4>\n

We begin our unforgettable journey in the evening, departing from O\u2019Hare Airport to Warsaw. Let\u2019s bid farewell to Chicago and prepare for an adventure-filled visit to Poland.<\/p>\n

Day 2: WARSAW<\/h4>\n

\"Warsaw<\/p>\n

Arrival in Warsaw in the early afternoon. We will start our visit to the capital with a walk around the Warsaw Old Town. Highlights include the Barbican, Market Square, Cathedral, Castle Square, and Krakowskie Przedmie\u015bcie. After the walk, we will check into our hotel, have dinner, and rest after the journey. Overnight stay in Warsaw.<\/p>\n

Day 3: WARSAW<\/h4>\n

After breakfast, we\u2019ll tour the interiors of the Royal Castle, learning about its history and beautiful architecture. Next, we\u2019ll visit the Warsaw Uprising Museum, where students can deepen their knowledge of one of Poland’s most significant historical events. In the afternoon, we\u2019ll stroll through \u0141azienki Kr\u00f3lewskie \u2013 a unique park complex enchanting in every season. After an eventful day, we\u2019ll return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 4: CZ\u0118STOCHOWA – ZAKOPANE<\/h4>\n

We\u2019ll head to Cz\u0119stochowa in the morning to visit the Pauline Monastery at Jasna G\u00f3ra, a place of worship with the miraculous image of Our Lady of Cz\u0119stochowa. After lunch, we\u2019ll continue to Zakopane, the heart of the Polish Tatra Mountains. After checking into the hotel, we\u2019ll have dinner, and those interested can relax in the hotel’s thermal baths. Overnight stay in Zakopane.<\/p>\n

Day 5: ZAKOPANE<\/h4>\n

We\u2019ll start the day with a cable car ride to Kasprowy Wierch. The views from this peak are breathtaking. In the afternoon, we\u2019ll take a walk through Zakopane\u2019s center, visit Krup\u00f3wki Street, and enjoy dinner at a regional inn with a folkloric show in the evening. This is a perfect opportunity to immerse ourselves in highlander traditions.<\/p>\n

Day 6: WADOWICE – KRAK\u00d3W<\/h4>\n

\"Home<\/p>\n

After breakfast, we\u2019ll visit Wadowice, the birthplace of John Paul II, and tour a museum dedicated to his life. We\u2019ll try the famous cream cakes, the Pope\u2019s favorite dessert. Then, we\u2019ll head to Krak\u00f3w, where we\u2019ll visit Wawel Castle, learn its history, and explore the Dragon\u2019s Den. Our walk will end in the Old Town.<\/p>\n

Day 7: AUSCHWITZ – KRAK\u00d3W<\/h4>\n

\"Auschwitz-Birkenau\"<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, a memorial site everyone should see to understand the tragic lessons of history. After lunch, we\u2019ll return to Krak\u00f3w to visit the Ko\u015bciuszko Mound. In the evening, free time, dinner, and relaxation at the hotel.<\/p>\n

Day 8: WIELICZKA – KRAK\u00d3W<\/h4>\n

\"Wieliczka<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll tour the historic Wieliczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, we\u2019ll return to Krak\u00f3w to explore Kazimierz, a district rich in history linked to the city’s Christian and Jewish heritage. This area captivates with its atmosphere and authenticity.<\/p>\n

Day 9: RETURN TO THE USA<\/h4>\n
